Losing weight how to keep motivated
Thank you everyone for your positivity!
I'm morbidly obese and I have lost 25lbs going very slowly. I have CRPS, pots, endometriosis, PCOS and my starting weight was 318 lbs.
My question to you ladies is how do you keep motivated to continue. I'm so fatigued from my health in general and the upkeep of working out multiple times a week and keeping on the diet is definitely a challenge. I'm sleep deprived and feeling the fatigue major the last couple weeks.
I gave myself small goals to accomplish so I'm not focusing on a large number but each week I focus on a 1-2 lbs loss. I'm really struggling though with my motivation today I'm exhausted.
