do i have herpes?

so when shaving about three days ago i noticed an area go red instantly and thought i may have cut myself however, i didnt feel anything. then yesterday i noticed in that area and a few other spots i had blisters kinda things. they are sore to touch and when clothes rub on them. im not sure if this is something to be concerned about or if it is shaving related and i need a new razor…?

i also have a similar thing under my lip which i first noticed while kissing as it began to sting and i thought it was a small cut at first but it has now developed into a blister thing. not sure if this is just a bad coincidence or if it is related.

please give any opinions and thoughts.
