Planning get together weeks in advance

I get that everyone’s busy. The one’s I’ve gotten to know are mom‘s and I understand. What I don’t understand is why ask me if we’d have a girl’s day to build a friendship but pencil me in 2.5 weeks in advance, even for coffee or something? I’m getting tired of these women always planning weeks in advance and mostly cancel because something came up. I’m a mom of 3 small kids and this is annoying as hell. We have the same age kids.

Just to also add, that it has happened numerous times, when someone needs something from you, they will make time to see the next day. And I know some of these moms have free time in the morning when our kids in daycare
