Help with updating the app regarding a miscarriage

Hello. I wasn’t sure where to post this, but I’m looking for help. I’m currently experiencing a loss with my pregnancy, and I can’t seem to find where to report that on here so that I can no longer see updates on the babies progress. I’d still like to use the app for TTC, and I have a lifetime membership so I don’t want to delete it and start over. Can anyone help me?
