33 weeks.. I need an advice

Hi. I am 33 weeks. At 24 weeks I had that intervention cerclage. On the last visit which was 1 week ago my cervix was closed, the cerclage was intact. But since yesterday my belly hurts alot, inside i feel like a niddle is poking me, and i feel pulsating inside.. The fake contractions are a bit painful and kinda a crazy amount of them .. yesterday was worst that I even started to cry, today was better till I had the courage to cook something and after 2 hours of staying more on the chair (husband helped) now I have again some contractions. and it gives me a feeling like I need to go to bathroom + a more painful period… But still if it was labor I guess I was supposed to be already in the hospital… Idk. Someone who had Cerclage and experience this feelings?? Idk what to do 🥺🥺
