Spotting during sex

I started dating my boyfriend about six months ago. He's a big guy, and I'm very petite. As a result, his size is a lot for me to handle. The first few weeks of us having sex were painful, almost like my first time, because my ex had a micropenis, and I never used toys before.

Until recently, I always felt very tight during intercourse, but I think we might have gotten too rough a few weeks ago. Since then, l've felt noticeably looser, and I've started noticing some light spotting after sex. It's more like pink discharge-sometimes I see it on him after we're done, and other times I notice it after l pee and clean myself.

Here are my concerns:

1. Should I be worried about the spotting? Is it normal to have pinkish secretion like this after sex?

2. How can I avoid feeling loose or overstretched? I don't have much experience with sex, as I didn't enjoy it with my ex.
