how do i get my 12m old to sleep in his own bed

okay so my baby use to sleep in his own bed all night with a few wake ups untill about 2 month ago when he cried i would put him in my bed so i could stop night feeds (he wanted them for comfort) but now if i do manage to get him to fall asleep and put him in his own cot, he will wake up stand up and scream at me untill i bring him into my bed and then he will settle again.. some nights he doesn't even touch his own bed cause he can't settle himself anymore, if i put him in sleepy he wakes up, stands and screams, if i put him in when he just fell asleep from a feed, its a 50/50 if he stays asleep or wakes up, if i put him in bed at bedtime but still awake he will just stand and scream.

i see all these amazing mums putting their baby's in bed awake and them just sleeping, or self settling but mine just stands and screams.

and even if he is in my bed all night sometimes he will wake up at like 4/5am and then stay awake for 3 hours being mardy and fidgety then go back to sleep.

he's still in my room since his isn't finished yet but mama needs some rest too😩

i've tried sleep training once before but since he stands and screams he got out of breath so i gave in and it took him 30 minutes to catch his breath and calm down again.. so really please help🙃 he's breastfed 2-3x a day and on solids too if that makes any differences

any tips, any tricks, any methods, anything pleaaase let me knowww🙏🙏
