Levels didn’t rise as expected

Hi Ladies,

I just want some advice, my levels were 688 on Friday 31st and my uterus lining was measuring abnormal at 8mm. My levels only went up to 779 on Sunday 2nd, I am going into the hospital tomorrow for an ultrasound and more bloods as they are worried about ectopic. Has anyone ever had a positive experience or is it looking like an impending miscarriage?

I was spotting brown discharge in the 30th so they got me in for bloods and then I was spotting pink on the 1st but then went back brown within a couple of hours.

When I had my miscarriage last time I bled red straight away and it didn’t stop.
