Herbal teas??
I’m really missing & wanting to drink my Raspberry, Chamomile, & Peppermint teas again but I’ve read conflicting reporting on its safety. I already drink Ginger tea now when I have an upset stomach/morning sickness (not too frequently but here & there). I am 22 weeks now & besides the occasional Ginger tea, I cut out my daily cups whenever I had my IUI.
Anyway just wondering what are everyone’s thoughts on drinking herbal teas & whether they are safe or not during pregnancy.
