HCG rising but progesterone dropping...

My situation is I have had three blood tests, the third being today, with the first two two days apart with my numbers tripling, (from 72 to 233) to my third test result today which was four days from the last one one with an increased to 2614 which looks great, but my progesterone dropped from 20.4 to 14.5 😔 I am currently on progesterone pills inserted vaginally (20" mcg) I take one nightly but have been having brown spotting and cramping on them. Since my numbers have been rising nicely but my progesterone dropped, does this mean i'm losing the baby or could it be saved with higher progesterone supplements? I'm so worried. Ive been having cramps and brown spotting since starting the progesterone. Waiting to hear from my doctor but seeing if anyone has dealt with similar on here?
