Upper Stomach Pain

Hi everyone,

I am 20 weeks pregnant (ultrasound shows 21 weeks) and I’ve been having this annoying and persistant pain in my upper stomach. Sometimes the pain goes through my back. I don’t have any other symptom. I’ve been to OB and they say the baby is fine, but they are not sure what is the cause. My blood pressure is normal, no nausea, diarrhea, headache etc.

I will go to another doctor tomorrow, but please share if you have experienced something similar. I am so worried if they have missed something.
