Irregular period help!

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 14 which was super early and ever since I first got my period they have been irregular and extremely painful.

It felt like I had tried everything, metformin, birth control and plenty more. I ordered this random supplement called ‘Happy Period’ off Amazon and it has worked wonders! I know get my period monthly and it’s no where near as painful. If anyone feels like they have tried everything I would recommend giving this a go :)
