First round of clomid…advice? Positive stories?

Dr just prescribed clomid for this months cycle. Slightly nervous because OPKs have never worked for me and my periods are irregular. Any advice?

I would take the medication, use opks to try and pinpoint LH surge, add temping (BBT) to track better and confirm. Should also be having a progesterone check to ensure medication is working and doesn’t need adjusted. I would recommend taking the medication at night to avoid as many side effects as possible.
