Enlarged uterus

So I’ve been having a pressure in my uterus and feels like it’s pulling down into my cervix for a month now. No pain just pressure. Sometimes I have light what feels like period cramps but doesn’t happen often. Well they did an ultrasound and found out my uterus is enlarged. My dr told me if I wanted more kids I could try and get pregnant now or he could go ahead and take it out. I have one son and he’s 10 and I’ve had 2 miscarriages in the past year. I asked him if this what caused the miscarriage he said no he thinks it’s my autoimmune disease (which I just got put on medicine for) has anyone been through this? I want another baby so bad but I don’t know if it’s in the cards for me and I’m scared to go through another heartbreak of a miscarriage 😭
