Could I be pregnant

I feel stupid for even asking this, I have used the pill most of my life. Went off for a few years and had my 3 babies and when I went back on the pill I struggled with mental health.

Anyways my husband and I use only condoms now. Sometimes he will go in without one on, but he will put one on before he finishes. I always thought you couldn’t get pregnant from precum. But now I see conflicting info.

My cycles have been very consistent but I am currently 7 days late. I am under a lot of stress so I’m thinking that’s why but should I take a pregnancy test? Or is that very unlikely?
