Help!!
Hello, I just wanted to come on here and ask if anybody had any tips for losing weight right now I am 230 pounds and I want to be down to 180 or 160 by July of this year and I have PCOS and it’s been very struggling for me to lose weight and I had knee surgery three months ago and want to get back to working out and I was wondering if there were any tips that anybody else had on here I am very insecure about how my body looks and I want to be able to wear crop tops and two pieces without feeling embarrassed about myself.
