Came off of birth control .. only took it two cycles

So I only took the pill for 2 months. Both months I took it wrong. Last month it made me bleed so heavy it was weird. Anyway I decided to come off of it. But I’ve been not taking it for 4 days now and I haven’t had any withdrawal bleeding .. I could have potentially gotten pregnant because I skipped 2/8 2/9 2/10 and have sex 2/8 and 2/10. I took it for 2/11-2/13 and then decided not to take it anymore at all. The last time I did that I started bleeding after day 2 and then when I skipped 2/8-2/10 I had some spotting also. So this is weird for me ? I guess. I haven’t been on it too long to know if this is normal or not.
