Hcg slight decrease help

Has anyone had an experience like this, I found out I was pregnant February 7th. My hcg progression is like this:

Est DD: 10/17/25

02/07/25- 29.8

02/10/25- 165

02/13/25- 563.8

02/15/25- 940 (done at a different lab then the others)

02/17/25- 910

I had an ultrasound done on 2/17/25 it showed nothing in the uterus my doctor said probably because of the low hcg she couldn’t see anything. No signs of ectopic. I had the lab on 2/15 done at a completely different unaffiliated hospital from the other ones. Has anyone had a positive outcome? My ob says she doesn’t want to count me out just yet but I’m kind of in Limbo.
