Implantation Bleeding?!
I have PCOS and had a difficult time conceiving the first time. I am currently on CD39, and over the weekend (CD37) I wiped and found a tiny amount of pink, then some brown the second time. I have had some cramping, but still no period. Has anyone else with PCOS ever experienced this? I have never had a tiny amount, then nothing else.
