I feel bad for wanting a female doctor.

So it's my second ultra sound for my second pregancy. My first ultra sound was done by a female doctor and it was performed by inserting into my vagina. All my ultra sounds for my first pregnancy was done by just scanning my tummy. So, i was surprised with this new one. Also, i was delivered of my first baby by female doctors. So, i get to the hospital for a second ultra sound and it's a male doctor. I instantly felt uncomfortable and canceled the appointment. Am i being wrong for not wanting to spread my legs open infront of a male doctor? I don't question his qualifications or expertise. I am just not comfortable showing my lady bits to a male doctor. Am i wrong for canceling the appointment?
