Positive opk cycle day 27

So I’m just a year pp and loosely TTC baby #3. I’ve been taking ovulation strips for the past almost 4 weeks since my last period and I’m just NOW getting a positive result…. Could this even be possible to get it so late in my cycle even if my cycle hasn’t regulated and if yes, could this end in a healthy pregnancy?
