Implantation bleeding ??

Okay so my last period was from 2/8-2/13. Me and hubby did something on 2/15 and again 2/22. I started spotting very light pink almost nonexistent on 3/3 it lasted til this morning and now it’s gone. I took a test today just to ease mind and was negative. Idk if this is implantation bleeding and I tested too early or what else this could be.

Symptoms:

Pulling cramps in uterus

Extreme fatigue

Headaches

Tender full breast(it’s normally only by armpits)

Frequent urination
