My ex best friend made fun of me for being in the NICU

Long story short me and this girl were friends since 5th grade. In 2021 she decided to move across the country and our relationship suffered after she didn’t come to my 21st birthday party in Vegas despite only being 2 hours away. She swore it was because of money problems. Then it got even more strained when she texted me a paragraph of her problems on MY birthday…I ignored her and sent back “wow” and we had been not friends ever since. In 2023 fall I got pregnant with my daughter, my ex best friend was completely absent and we weren’t talking at all at this point. It wasn’t until I was 6 months pregnant that my ex best friend started throwing shade/talking about me for being pregnant. My ex friend was just jealous because she’s had multiple abortions in her 20s and teens, we got into a horrible argument over Fb Messenger and I told her she was just mad bc I could keep my babies and she couldn’t.

We didn’t speak again after that — but I was told by an acquaintance of both of ours that my ex best friend had talked about my daughter, and made fun of me for having a premature baby. I instantly RAGED when I heard that. Now it’s 2025 and my ex best friend is living back in our hometown, 3 miles away from me — at this point I’m not sure if I can physically restrain myself from attacking her if I see her. I’m so angry and I wouldn’t be able to hold myself back.
