How to overcome this fear? Pregnancy fears and medical.issues

I'm 25 was diagnosed with pcos at the age of 17 and now I've got an underactive thyroid levels so I take medication for this.

Im married and my partner is 31m. I was 1 to 2 weeks pregnant last month and miscarried really early. Husband and I want to try for a baby in a few months time. I'm really scared if im honest.

Im scared because I've got pcos and thyroid issues which are signs I seen on Google (i know i shouldn't trust it) that it becomes a struggle to get pregnant. Me and husband weren't trying when I was 1 to 2 weeks, it happened by accident since we didn't use protection and he came inside me. This super early miscarriage has been a set back for me abit, and I know other people do have a lot of miscarriages and then they still are able to have kids.

I just worry will I become pregnant and if I do im scared will I miscarry again. Ahhh....any advice for these thoughts would be appreciated and let me know of your struggles. Thank you.
