What would you do?

You got a notification from the bank saying someone hit your card without your authorization, you tell a guy you’re talking to but haven’t met yet in person.

He offers to pay back the balance, I deny and tell him I’ll dispute it and handle it, it was $100.

He ends up I guess becoming insecure and this dude ends up asking me to marry him through TEXT. We’ve NEVER met in person, not even a FaceTime.

I say insecure because he felt like his words weren’t enough & felt like money would solve the issue rather than his physical self (just being a “friend”) and sent me $500 and I got annoyed- I say insecure because who tf jumps to “ear candy” in the heat of the moment? Bad timing? Like what?
