29 weeks pregnant ewcm

Yesterday I had very regular (every 10 minutes) upper stomach contractions and feelings that I needed to go to the bathroom. Nothing happened when I’d go until it did and I realized I had an extremely upset stomach and all of a sudden those regular contractions were not so regular. I slept great last night after getting used to the stomach pains. Today, my stomach is still upset, no contraction like feelings, and I’ve noticed some extremely slimey and sticky egg white cm. It is very clear right now. But so mucus like that I hit it when I wipe.

Is this normal????

Extra info: -this is my second pregnancy.

-I lost my mucus plug at 28 weeks with my first pregnancy.

-I had my first baby at 29 weeks 4 days.

-no I have no had sex in the last 24-48 hours.

-I’m scared to have another baby early.

Please tell me if you experienced this type of discharge around the same time? Everytime I look anything up it says even if it’s clear it’s your body preparing for labor
