Colostrum help

Hey girls, some advise on collecting colostrum please . I’m 36 weeks and done my first pump today and going to freeze it. Never done this before and I’m not planning on breast feeding either so when’s the best time to give it, how long can I freeze for, how do I defrost, I know colostrum is very important for them so that’s why I have decided to collect it ready. Help please I’m cluless🥲🙄🤍

How much I got this evening- was just over 1oz but run out of syringes🙃😫 x
