How do I bandage my poor toes

This will probably make you physically cringe so warning😔😭 I stubbed my toes (all of them) so hard on a suit case that I managed to rip the nails off of 3 of them but they aren’t completely ripped off. They’re like extremely bad hangnails. I don’t know how to doctor them. Should I leave the ripped off part of the nails on my toes and just tape them down? I HAVE to bandage them or do something because they are getting caught on everything I can’t even put socks on my feet. They get caught and just start bleeding all over again.
