Upper stomach pains
14 weeks and having a lot of pressure all over stomach and pains in upper stomach feels like under ribs. Worse when I lay down. Especially on side. Cant even get comfortable and hurts to move. This is my third pregnancy and don’t remember this or maybe I’m feeling things a lot more now?… scared and nervous. Have also had a migraine for 2 days straight
