Cramping near left ovary.

I will be 9 weeks tomorrow, I’m on progesterone & baby aspirin. I have been having gas pain off & on today, I did have a bowel movement alittle bit ago. I thought the cramping could’ve just been from being gassy. But I’m still having alittle bit of cramping what feels like near my left ovary & moves through my hip. I am not having spotting & the cramping comes & go & it doesn’t last more than a few seconds. Should I be concerned? Could it just be gas?
