Can anyone tell me?

Can anyone tell me how to get Bruce scar tissue removed? I currently have that and it’s covering my fallopian tubes so I’m not able to conceive is what they told me and every doctor I go to refuses to open me up. I’m just trying to see what my options are to either clear it up on my own or find a way to get it removed. I’m desperate to try for my last one. Everybody around me is having babies left and right and to be honest, I’m starting to get pissed off by it. It’s a struggle for me and I haven’t said anything to anybody, but I ended up lashing out on my boyfriend and this is why he was like you have y’all to be happy and I have my five and he didn’t say he was good but he did say he wanted another one and we have been trying for over a year but the bruised scar tissue is stopping me from doing anything or getting anything done I thought I was doing everything right I was taking my prenatals every day my temp my weights just up and down. I also take seizure medication, but that basically has nothing to do with it they are saying it’s the scar tissue that has to get removed and I don’t know how to exactly approach the situation thinking I need to see a specialist about it. I heard they can do it in office, but I don’t know how much bruised tissue I have. Are there any obese out there or nurses that would know how to do this offhand or anybody experience this that can help out
