Tracking ovulation / fertile window

Hey everyone, So I am new to tracking my ovulation and trying to figure out my fertile window. And the exact day of ovulation the first test on the top I took yesterday at night and then the test on the bottom I took this morning when I took a pictures of the bottom test. I keep getting different results from the apps that l use so if anyone has any tips or any advice, anything like that definitely please feel free to leave me a comment. and l'd like to know does anyone have a way to track their ovulation or to know if they're ovulating without an ovulation test?
