Rash or bug bite ?

My daughter didn’t have this, this morning or in afternoon we were in side house . She didn’t have this red bump area til we left the house to get something to eat. I’m not sure if it’s a bug bite or a rash . She only has it on her arm and then one or two small on on her leg . But none of it spread to her stomach or or back or anything only that same spot it started around 7 and it’s now 10 and nothing has spread . It’s just the same bump on same area. Does anybody know what it could be ?

Her stomach and thighs are fine nothing there it’s only two small ones on her leg and then those 2 bumps on her arm that are red ?
