Slow rising hcgs

Can I get some advice of what to possibly expect as I am gettting all different answers from doctors. Long story please bear with me.

I tested on 3/21 and had an extremly faint line positive test but a positive digital as well. That weekend I bled heavily and was crampy which I didn’t think of anything of it since with my 2024 baby I bled the entire first and second trimester and she’s here healthy thankfully (I am 8 months postpartum and breastfeeding).

On 3/24 they did blood work and my hcg was 56.2, they had me do it again on 3/26 and my hcg was 103. They said it did rise so wait to get more labs done. (I was out of town for a week) so when I got back on 4/7 my hcg was 958. I was told I was most likely miscarrying or worried of an ectopic and to come in and get an ultrasound.

I went in yesterday on 3/10 and had an ultrasound and the doctor said there is no signs of an ectopic or miscarriage and that I had to be earlier then they thought and she thought she could see a possible sac formingg (picture in comments) and about 4-5 weeks instead of the 7 weeks they thought based off my last period 2/15 (which are not normal since I’m breastfeeding). She ordered labs again which only went to 1157 in 3 days. I have not heard yet her plans since my blood test was back but yesterday she basically said to wait 2 weeks no matter what the labs showed to get another ultrasound and decide from there if medication or a procedure is needed or if there is a heartbeat.

I am so confused cuz the dr who ordered the labs first had me prepared for a miscarriage (based off labs) and this Dr (different one, same clinic) said she doesn’t like to go based off hcgs and that my lining was very thick and not to worry about a miscarriage yet (based off ultrasound)

Does anyone have any advice or had slow rising hcgs before? Should I just prepare myself for miscarrying? I’m not bleeding, have no pain or cramping. A few time I have very light spotting but like I said I bled very heavily where I thought I was losing my 2024 baby everyday and she was born healthy (they also never took hcgs with her so I have nothing to compare it to).

If you got this far thanks so much. I just feel like I never getting answers
