I am currently 6w3d and was diagnosed with a SCH a couple days ago. I’ve been having the bleeding but never this much. Today my panty liner was filled and I would wipe and see more blood. I’m not experiencing any pain or discomfort. Should I be worried?
I figured that I should monitor the bleeding still. Please let me know what you guys think.

I’d say just the SCH. If you start feeling pain definitely contact your OB

Call your dr and let them know.
 I had worse to the point of bleeding through my maternity pad and pants went all over my cardigan and legs lots of clots all before I could make it to a hospital 10 min away, by baby survived and is now 5.

It could just be from the SCH. The bleeding from them can vary from spitting to gushing. 
Call your OB and let them know you are bleeding heavy.

I bled even heavier and with clots at 6 and 7 weeks and baby is still okay at 12 weeks!
