Morning sickness again?

Is it normal for nausea to come and go ? I’m 15 weeks and haven’t felt nauseous for like 2 weeks and today all of a sudden it’s back . Idk if it’s morning sickness or if I’m like sick or something

Unfortunately 😞 I'll have like 4-5 days in a row where I'm fine and then I'll be super sick for a day or two then repeat. Better than the beginning I guess but man, I'm ready for it to be completely gone haha
