It cant just be me...

I'm currently 15w1d and I definitely had a bump a few days ago. This is my 6th pregnancy and my 2nd child. I started showing a little bit around my 13ish week. I have been spiraling all day because she was very prominent yesterday and even over the weekend, but I just look flat now. I know I can't be the only one in this position. Has it happened to anyone else and they had a good outcome? She is supposed to be my rainbow baby but I'm coming around to the idea I lost her. Thanks for any insight!
