Soreness

Is any or has anyone ever experienced pain in the upper part of your leg or legs? In my case, my upper left leg has been sore for days, mostly when I’m laying down it’s painful, I’ve heard of blood clots & preeclampsia, that makes me really nerves bc I do have high blood pressure & unfortunately gestational diabetes. Is this pain I’m feeling normal?
