Does this mean no sac?

I’m confused on dr notes and I just need some clarification bc I’m freaking out. 
On one part says no sac and the other say fluid in sac? Can someone explain notes please?

My understanding is they are saying no sac was seen. I think the second line they are confirming that they didn’t see the double decidual sac sign. 5 weeks 2 days is very very early, most wouldn’t even do a scan at that point honey so I wouldn’t read too much into it yet. You’ll hopefully be seen again soon to follow up.

I don’t even know why they do ultrasounds before 6 weeks when that’s then point you can see the baby and heartbeat. 5 weeks 2 days is to early. They told my sister threatened miscarriage at the same point because they couldn’t see anything and it was just to early
