Advice

So I went to the doctors Thursday because I was having some pretty sharp upper pain and some cramping and so I got a ultrasound at the doctor's office which was my first ever ultrasound 8 weeks and they're telling my baby was 9 weeks and and then they also told me I have a subcorneal hemorrhage and when I go to my appointment which was Monday to have them look at it I like discuss it further. Well when I went to my appointment I gave them all the papers from the doctors and then I told them like more about it. Well when they did my ultrasound I thought that's what it was for I I forgot to ask them then. So I went home and I texted them through my chart and they told me that they're not going to discuss it until my next appointment which is in 3 weeks. I feel like that is way too late and I'm having some weird cramping on my right side and I don't know if I should go to another doctors or not.
