Does anyone have experience with vaginismus? I am unable to have penetrative sex because of how tight I am. What are ways to heal from this???

I have a way. It’s controversial perhaps. But it 
works for me. And once my partner is in. He goes slow and I loosen up and get wet and it’s all good. 
Vaginimus is muscle contractions from stress or unknown etc. what my partner does is I lay on my side or sometimes in missionary but it’s more uncomfortable, and he stimulates my clit. The pleasure I feel from that takes away the pain whilst he is inserting himself. Sometimes he does it after I’ve already climaxed so it’s sensitive and sometimes unbearable but not painful. And the pleasure and movements I make from the pleasure allow him to get in. Does this make sense?? It’s just what works for me.
