20 dpo 8 days late Cycle Day 28 TMI

I don’t know what else to do? I took pregnancy test and they all came back negative, I’m NEVER late and especially not no 8 days late! My boobs been tender, nipples sensitive, I had slight cramping off and on 😩😩 I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom to wipe and saw this ⬇️ Can this be start of my period coming?? Is it too light? I don’t see any blood clots … can someone please help with this??
