Why is my ovulation test continuing to show high

Hi ladies I need help. I am on cd21 I have a very normal 28-29 day cycle. According to glow I ovulated on the 12th. So I should be at least 5dpo. I started taking digital clearblue ovulation test with the smiley face 4 days ago just in case I ovulate late. 1st day was negative and the past three days (including today) have been showing high fertility (not peak just high) but I am not showing any signs of ovulation like ewcm or cramps. Does anyone know why this is happening? I have a very strong feeling I am not ovulating this late on in my cycle. And I am tired of the BD this cycle. Ugh please help any opionions?
