Idk how to claim my taxes? Plz help

I’m a content creator and receive all cash app and paypal payments. Well this year I was suppose to be taxed and for some reason I haven’t received any 1040’s. I have a tax document I can see in cash app and see my 1040 but it doesn’t show the amount I made? It’s just showing the standard deduction for single filing? So I thought I would just need to wait for it to come in the mail to show me my numbers but still have not received anything? Also when I go to look at my tax document in PayPal it shows that I don’t have any documents? The only thing I can think of with PayPal is you can send payments as friends and family or service and goods. All my clients send as friends and family because when you send with service and goods it’s like for shipping things so the money is temporarily on hold. Which would be considered a “gift” on the platform. I will say tho I do use cash app about 90% of the time so I don’t have much to claim on PayPal. So I guess what I’m wondering is how do I claim all my money? Would I go to a tax person and they can make me a 1040?? I live in California if that helps :/ I have all my bank statements so I’m able to see my numbers and I’ve made at least 90 to 100k this year so I’m really confused on why I haven’t gotten anything. Sorry this is my first time filing lol
