I’m not sure if I’m having sertraline withdrawals from tapering down on my meds or if I’m having pregnancy symptoms/morning sickness because I’m 4 weeks 4 days pregnant…

I’ve been trying to get off my anxiety meds this week, my doctor said it would be good to be off them if possible for the first trimester so since Monday this week I’ve went from 100mgs to 50mgs.

The last 2 days I’ve had night sweats, random hot flashes during the day, headaches and dizziness. Today I’ve been very dizzy and sweaty and sick to my stomach.

Any other ladies out there experience this or have similar experiences well coming down on anxiety/depression meds? It’s kinda scary.
