So I’m meant to be around 6 weeks, I had some spotting start the other day and immediately called the hospital to see if I needed to go in. They said wait for my ultrasound which was already booked for the next day so I went to that and the baby was in the right spot but was measuring just under 5 weeks which the lady told me I may have just ovulated later.

Because of the spotting and the baby measuring smaller I freaked out and went to the hospital I sat there for 7 hours before going in and they finally saw me and took bloods my hcg came back at 2544 and the dr said that my level is perfect for 6 weeks and I shouldn’t worry yet just follow up with blood test in 48 hours and ultrasound in 1-2 weeks.

I went back to my doctor the next day and she did a cervical exam and told me the bleeding is coming from my cervix and it wasn’t spotting but still said to continue with the same plan unless the bleeding gets worse then go to hospital.

Later that night the bleeding started to get heavier but it still wasn’t super heavy it was like a normal period amount of blood but I went to the hospital and they saw me immediately and took bloods so it’s about 24 hours past the other bloods and the hcg was 2100 it’s only a small drop on hcg is there any possibility that it’s not a miscarriage?

They sent me home as a ‘threatened miscarriage’ and referred me to the early pregnancy clinic in a week for ultrasound and bloods. I’m trying my hardest to be positive and pray for a miracle has anyone had a miracle after a small hcg drop this early?
