Pregnant on the coil

I had my coil fitted just under 2 months ago, on the check up the nurse couldn’t find the threads but said it’s normal as they can coil up inside. I’ve just taken a test as I’m late and it’s positive, I’m absolutely terrified I don’t know how this has happened I thought it’d be okay, I have a 1 year old & 3 year old. Could this turn ectopic I’ve read it can which scares me, god I’m freaking out 😭
