I'm not sure but I think I missed my first positive and maybe my peak. I'm on my second round of letrozole. I wasn't expecting to have a surge so soon I thought I would have another few days, and usually my surges come on rather slowly.  Also I work 3rd shift so I test as much as I can but it's not always possible. We BD just in case so thats good, but do you think I had a fast surge and missed my peak or do you think I had a false surge and it'll go back up in a few days? Also is it okay to ovulate this early or do the eggs not have enough time? P.s. I take 3 different brands because they're different sensitivities, so I know thr easy at home never got positive but the pregmate was positive.
