Prenatal vitamin ????

I recently bought a prenatal vitamins at my local cvs I later noticed there was iron in it is there an addition pill I can take with iron in it. I prefer taking these gummies then my doctor prescribed pills they always make me feel so sick and nauseous. Any tips?

Ask your doctor for an iron supplement they can prescribe I know there is a newer one out that has something in it to keep you from getting constipated like some iron pills cause

I take the gummies because the ones with iron made me sick. My doc said my iron levels were fine so I'm not taking any additional. I've been on iron supplements before and hey always make me nauseous and constipated

I take gummies but I also have to take an iron pill because my iron levels were so low

I take the gummies with no iron and I do not take an iron supplement! My labs are great and I eat quite well, no need for the extra constipation for me! You could take an OTC iron supplement, but of course ask your dr!
