Anyone know how to send money anonymously to a family member electronically in the US?

I'm too nervous to mail money. PayPal and other services have your name. A visa gift card electronically seems a little sketchy as some reviews said it was empty or the user had issues and they wouldn't know to contact us with issues.
Anyone try anything different or have success with something?

Why do you need to keep it anonymous? 
I googled it and you can send money anonymously through cashapp. Google it and follow the directions.
Personally I would buy a cheap card (like a birthday card or something) and stick the cash in it. Or buy a gift card and place it in a card. And then take the envelope to the post office instead of leaving it in your mail box for the mailman to grab
